The Technical Support Centre provides equipment repair, maintenance, parts, software upgrades and technical support for assistive technologies provided through the SET-BC Loan Bank.

Support Request Form - Use the Support Request Form to request assistance from the SET-BC SET-DESK support team. In order to help us better help you, please provide as much of the requested information as possible.
Repairs - The Technical Support Centre will track all part and repair requests to ensure the best possible service. Repairs will be initiated in order, by received date.
Parts - The Technical Support Centre will track all part and repair requests to ensure the best possible service. Parts requested will be ordered promptly and shipped upon arrival.
